Step 1 – Book the Service

Each passenger receives individual assistance.

Once the service is added to your cart, you will be required to complete all necessary information before proceeding to payment.

Step 2 – Passenger Information & Documents

For each passenger, the following information is required:

  • Full name
  • Nationality
  • Phone number / WhatsApp with country code
  • Arrival date
  • Arrival airport
  • Additional notes if necessary

You will also be required to upload the following documents:

  • Passport (ID page)
  • Passport stamp pages
  • Flight ticket or flight details
  • ID photo

👉 The “Completed / Incomplete” status allows you to verify that each passenger’s information is properly filled in before continuing.

Step 3 – Validation & Payment

Once all passenger information and documents are completed, you may proceed to secure payment.
