Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
- The cancellation time is determined by the exact time we receive the written request.
- Refund eligibility is strictly subject to the time remaining before the scheduled arrival.
2. Refund Conditions (IMPORTANT)
Refunds are possible only if the cancellation request is received at least 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled arrival time.
- Cancellation ≥ 96 hours before arrival:
→ Refund may be granted, subject to review and processing fees. - Cancellation < 96 hours before arrival:
→ NO REFUND, without exception.
This rule applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation received less than 96 hours (4 days) before arrival
- No-show by the customer
- Flight cancellation, delay, or missed connection
- Refusal of entry by immigration authorities
- Service already started or executed
- Failure to provide required documents or accurate information on time
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Government decisions
- Airline disruptions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or security restrictions
Such events do not qualify for a refund.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Information
No refund will be granted if the service cannot be performed due to:
- Incorrect, false, or incomplete information provided by the customer
- Invalid, expired, or non-compliant travel documents
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing times depend on the payment provider
- Transaction and processing fees may be deducted
- Cryptocurrency payments may be refunded at the equivalent value, subject to network fees
7. Cancellation by Thailand VIP Arrival Assistance
We reserve the right to cancel the service for exceptional legal, security, or operational reasons.
In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
